Gateway Corporate is hiring multiple Software Sales Associates to help us grow revenue around our core software products and client solutions.
This role is for those who can build trust quickly, understand business problems, and connect prospective customers with the right Gateway Corporate offering. You should be comfortable with outbound outreach, discovery conversations, follow-up, and closing smaller deals while helping build a repeatable sales motion over time.
What you would do
- Identify and qualify businesses that are a strong fit for Gateway Corporate products and services.
- Run discovery conversations to understand pain points, buying urgency, and decision-making constraints.
- Present Gateway Corporate offerings clearly and map product capabilities to real business outcomes.
- Follow up consistently with leads, proposals, and active opportunities.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and keep notes on conversations, objections, and next steps.
- Work directly with leadership to improve messaging, positioning, and offer structure.
- Help refine how Gateway Corporate sells software in a practical, repeatable way.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with business owners and operators.
- Comfort with outbound sales, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
- Good judgment about when to push, when to listen, and how to keep a deal moving.
- Ability to learn technical products well enough to explain them clearly without overcomplicating the pitch.
- A self-directed work style with strong follow-through and professional persistence.
- Ability to stay in contact with managers while performing remote work without needing to be micromanaged.
Compensation
This position includes a commission structure where you receive 20% of the recurring revenue brought in from the accounts you close, subject to the final compensation terms discussed during the hiring process.
Helpful background
- Experience in B2B software sales, agency sales, or service-based sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound outreach workflows, and sales pipeline management.
- Comfort selling technical products, SaaS, automation services, or AI-enabled solutions.
